You can choose between these delivery options:

Click & Collect – delivery to your chosen store,  three (3) to seven (7) days.

Standard Delivery -three (3) to seven (14) days.

Next Day Delivery – next day if you place your order before 6pm Mon-Fri.

BFPO Delivery – an order to a BFPO address will be delivered to the BFPO Headquarters, Once delivered there it will be the responsibility of the HQ to send these orders on to you. 

Working days do not include weekends or holidays.

We provide cheap shipping cost starting from USD 90-220 / Unit ( Worldwide destination ) This fee does not include tax. Usually Duty tax will be charged at 5-12% of the total price on invoice. This is still an estimate, the exact cost depends on the government policy of each country. For more details you can ask the government in the field of taxation. We can only give estimation. Because that percentage could change sometime.
You can contact our Customer Service Team if we have already processed your order and you plan to change your delivery address.

International bank transfers can take up to 2-3 banking days to transfer into our account. If your order status has not changed please contact us here.
We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible. But if one of our competitors goes lower, we’ll be more than happy to investigate matching their price. Keep in mind, though, that price-matching isn’t always as simple as it appears. We like to make sure we’re matching apples-to-apples when we compare prices, for example we shall only ever price match other online cycle retailers. Please contact us so we can advise you for each individual case.

The delivery of products purchased by you will be as follows: – Small items: Delivered to you using DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, Etc. – Large items: Delivered to you through Postal Service EMS, Etc.
We give 90 days money back guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the items or accessories you received. Such as you get damaged items, wrong color, or lost items during shipping process, we are responsible for you. And we will process this within 1 business day.

Log into your account and click on the My Account tab, and under the section titled My Orders click on View the orders I may cancel and any orders that you may cancel will appear. Simply choose to view the order you wish to cancel and then you may click the Cancel Order button on the bottom right. Clicking the Cancel Order button will immediately cancel that order, place the products ordered back into your shopping cart, and issue you a full refund.

Any payment for your order will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, your credit card will be issued a refund (or the transaction will be voided if you cancel your order the same day it was placed). If you pay through Paypal, your Paypal account will be refunded. If you paid with a store credit, your store credit account will be refunded. If you paid with a combination of a store credit and another payment method, the store credit and the other payment method will be refunded the amount that was used for each.

Important: Please keep in mind that if you cancel an order you have paid for with a credit card, the funds may have a hold on them for 1-3 days by your bank or credit card issuer. Please understand that these holds are completely out of our control. So, if you place a large order that will be close to your credit card limit and then cancel it, you may not be able to place a new order until those funds have been released by your bank or credit card issuer. We recommend in these instances that you contact your bank or credit card issuer to request they ‘release’ the hold that was placed on those funds so that you can use your card again without delay.

The easiest way to make changes to your order is to cancel it online (see instructions above) and place a new order. Please do not send us a request through email for your order to be canceled, as it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours before emails are responded to and your order will most likely will have already been processed.
